Penthouse Doan is located in the La Vista building between Mamitas beach and 1st Ave., a location unsurpassed and regarded by most "the best location in Playa". A 1 minute walk puts your toes in the white powdery sand of either Mamitas or Tukan beach.
This ultra luxurious unit offers just about everything you need to indulge and enjoy yourself in a vacation you are sure to remember This is where you will enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the stunning Caribbean blue waters; Or, you may choose to lounge around the edgeless (infinity) rooftop swimming pool with spectacular Caribbean views, margarita in hand of course.
Luxuries abound in this new 2 bedroom 2 and a half bathroom contemporary penthouse. Mahogany cabinets, polished Italian marble floors, underground private parking and an elevator are just a few examples of the many amenities it has to offer.
Checkin and Checkout:
Checkin is after 3:00 p.m and checkout is before 11:00 a.m.
Inspection:
After checkout, the property is inspected and an inventory is taken. A refund is then issued for the security deposit provided that there was no evidence of damage or missing items. It is hereby mutually agreed upon, by both parties, that the cost for damaged or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.
You are responsible for the property at all times during your visit. It is your responsibility to make sure all doors and windows are secure and locked before leaving the unit, even if it is for just a quick stroll down the street. These few extra steps will ensure the security of your belongings.
Exceeding the maximum amount of people allowed by the agreement will forfeit the security deposit.
Maintenance Requests:
It is the responsibility of Playa Rental Properties (PRP) to make sure all appliances and utilities are in good operable condition. However, sometimes mistakes do happen and the need for maintenance is necessary. The property manager is available 24 hours a day and will try his/her best to correct the problem as soon as possible.
Lock Box, Safes and Keys:
Some of our units are equipped with a lock box installed next to the front door. Please do not remove the key from it's chain and put the top part back on after you use it.
Changing the lock on the front door or a safe if so equipped costs money. The loss of either the key or the top part of the lock box will result in a $75.00 charge.
Maid Service:
Maid Service is available during your stay for an additional charge. Contact us for scheduling and pricing.
Reservations and Payments:
A 5% service charge and a $300.00 USD Refundable Security Deposit will be added to the rental rates.
A 50% payment of the total rental amount including security deposit is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The total rental amount including security deposit is due for reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations outlined below:-
75% of the amount plus the full amount of the security deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the arrival date.
50% of the amount plus the full amount of the security deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs 61 - 90 days prior to the arrival date.
25% of the amount plus the full amount of the security deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date.
Only the security deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

We accept wire Transfers in US Dollars and Credit Card payments through Paypal.
