Sweeping views of the entire Bay and Beach of Playas del Coco are so spectacular you will swear that your view is from Heaven's Gate. This 3 bed/2 bath house with it's cathedral wooden ceilings, panoramic ocean views and sun cooling infinity edged pool is simply Heaven on Earth. The master bedroom has glass doors leading onto a tropical wooden deck. The other major bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home creating a completely private environment. All of the most sought after amenities will be found. The large American kitchen is fully equipped with every utensil needed to complete any meal. Lounge chairs and pool floats maximize your sun worshiping experience. All of these creature comforts come with the most spectacular ocean views you have ever seen. The sunsets are so majestic that they will burn into your memory.... forever.
Maid is provided for 4 hours daily,except Sunday, holidays and The Holiday Weeks of Xmas, New Years and Easter (where services are reduced due to staff capacity) Services are laundry, housekeeping .

A security deposit of $500 is required
Cancellation fees.
Vacation properties are rented far in advance.
It is therefore difficult to fill a vacancy as the lease term approaches.
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to lease term MAY receive a 50% refund of the full payment.
Should landlord be able to release vacancy an additional 25% will be returned.
If unable to re-rent tenant will lose all of their deposit.
If cancellation is within 30 days of lease date no refund will be available however, tenant will receive a voucher, to be used within 18 months of cancellation and reserved 60 days in advance.
Tenant will be required to pay difference between new rate and rate they paid at time of this lease
The Rental Includes 4 hours of Daily Maid Service: house cleaning, and laundry. This is provided 6 days a week, except on Sundays , Holidays and The Holiday Weeks of Xmas, New Years and Easter (where services are reduced due to staff capacity)
