The Apartment Located in the heart of Manhattans cultural district Across the street from Carnegie Hall on West 57th Street located on one of the best park blocks of Upper West Side. Located 1/2 block off Central Park( and few blocks away from subway lines B,C at 96 Street), Gorgeous views from Central Park Reservoir are just steps away. Grocery, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, dry cleaners, etc. are all available on the corner.Plenty of high-quality restaurants within 5 min walking distance..Seconds from Central Park and a short stroll from Lincoln Center and just a few blocks from Rockefeller Center and Broadway and the Museum of Modern Art - one of the world's most famous museums. The bustling Theatre District is also within walking distance or a short taxi ride. Macy's, the biggest department store and the EMPIRE STATE building are just a few blocks away from the apartment.
Fully furnished with a King Size bed and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom, a large sofa sleeper in living room. New kitchen and bathroom, a cable TV/VCR, phone can accommodate internet dial-up, A/C, dishwasher, combo washer/dryer, The open kitchen is equipped with all kitchen equipment; a sink, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, cupboards and dishes., towels and linens.
You enter the apartment through a hallway leading to the air-conditioned living room. It has clear white painted walls, hard wood floor, a closet, a fireplace and two windows facing the back of the building providing a lot of light. The Living room is also furnished with a Full size sofa bed, a small bar intersection through the Kitchen, There is a dining area that has a table with four chairs.
The air-conditioned Master bedroom has a window, a small built in closet and a King size bed.It is furnished with a dresser, a mirror, a desk and a couch. 2 bedside lamps and a large mirror while the 2nd bedroom has a Twin bed, desk and chairs, a table lamp, a couch and TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bathtub with shower, a toilet and a mirrored medicine cabinet.
Additional Rate Information
50% deposit required at time of reservation in the form of bank check or personal check (subject to clearing). Wire transfers in pound sterling or euros accepted. Balance due on day of
arrival, paid by cash or travelers checks, US dollars.
Also a Security/Damage deposit of $500 is required, Security Deposit is refunded in full upon examination of the apartment and return of the keys on the date of the departure.
