The spacious gathering area is anchored by a decorative marble fireplace and accesses the large upstairs covered porch that overlooks the golf course. 

The living area flows into an ample dining space, surrounded by windows, and featuring an elegant chandelier as well as a new farm table. Just beyond is the oversize granite kitchen island. There's plenty of room here for both a breakfast bar for four and for prepping culinary treats! 

The rest of the kitchen won't disappoint. First it is BIG. Secondly, it is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of cabinets, a roomy pantry, a wine fridge and a generous supply of cooking utensils and hardware. But the characteristic that you'll savor the most is the view from the panoramic windows. Sip your coffee while relishing the sun sparkling on the Atlantic. Next to the kitchen is the ocean balcony-so if you crave fresh air with a great view-you've found your spot!

This level also houses the VERY private King Master Suite. Located off by itself, this suite includes a walk-in closet and a beautiful spa-like bath featuring an extra-large walk-in shower and his and hers sinks.

This property comes with a gas grill, new bikes, beach chairs, internet access and the use of two golf carts-a six-passenger and a four-passenger. Whether you come to Bald Head to golf, swim or just relax-you can enjoy it all at Chippin' & Sippin'!

Paddle boards, surfing boards, bicycles, bicycle accessories for children, beach chairs and umbrellas, and kayaks can be rented on the island at local businesses.

The Bald Head Island Club has a fitness center, pool/water park, tennis, golf, croquet and dining. Temporary memberships are available for separate purchase if your rental home has a Bald Head Island Club membership attached.

The Shoals Club has a fitness room, pool, dining, private beach access with chairs and umbrellas available. Temporary memberships are available for separate purchase if your rental home has a Shoals Club membership attached.

The Bald Head Island Conservancy has summer camps, turtle nesting programs, guided kayak tours, island nature tours, birding tours, fishing school, and environmental/nature activities for adults and children.

The Old Baldy Foundation provides Island historic tours, climb Old Baldy Lighthouse, visit the museum.
