Property Description

Our Valley Road property is a nice home in a great location just off State Route KK in Osage Beach. This home has three levels with two bedrooms and one bath on the top floor, the Master Suite, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry on the main walk-in level and two additional bedrooms, a full bath, 2nd living area and bar area on the lower level.

You will love the large kitchen with plenty of cabinets, counter space, island and breakfast bar. The living area features two couches, asthetic fireplace and opens into the sunroom which includes the dining area and additional seating. Also on the main level is the Master Suite with a King bed and private bath, a laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer, a half bath and access to the garage. Just outside the entry door is a seating area and gas grill. The sunroom features plenty of windows offering a view of the lake.

The lower level features two bedrooms each with a queen bed, full bath, bar area, living area with flat screen t.v. and a screened deck that opens to the steps leading to the boat dock.

The upper level includes two bedrooms, one with two full beds and the second with a queen bed. There is a full bath located between the bedrooms.

The dock features a swim platform and a large 14 x 36 foot covered slip. Located near the back of the cove at the 22 mile marker this is a great place to fish or swim with almost no traffic near the dock.

There is parking for a maximum of four vehicles. We can assist you in making arrangements for off-site trailer parking. You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood, spacious home, screened deck, sunroom and private dock in a cove setting. The only thing missing is you!
