Property Description

This fully furnished unit comes with a private parking spot, a gym and pool, a roof top BBQ/sitting area, and security. Just a few steps away is the St. Charles streetcar.

This condo is located in a central location. The FQ, Harrah’s, WW2 museum, Riverwalk Malls Audubon Aquariums and many of NOLA’s top restaurants are all within walking distance. Included are Gigablast WIFI, two TVs, DVDs, and gameboards.

Please note that this property doesn't offer early check-in. Street parking may not be possible. If you park on the street, please make sure you adhere to all local and state laws. AccessGuests with disabilities have exclusive access to the entire condo. Guests will have access to the rooftop lounge and gym as well as the shared pool. You can park privately as well! The St. Charles Streetcar passes directly in front of the building. Canal St. Streetcar is only four blocks away. You can get almost anywhere in the city by paying $1.25 for each ride or $3 per day pass. Parking lots are nearby and cost $15-35 per day depending on the distance you wish to walk or park. We don't recommend driving into the CBD because everything is within walking range. All our guests can receive new Uber or Lyft promo code!
