Our home was designed for comfort. The home has all the amenities, including a digital book that our guests can use for insider tips on restaurants and nightlife. You can easily explore the city, whether you're interested in culture, the history, or just the vibrant atmosphere.

This space is the entire first floor of your home. *Important - AutoHost is a globally recognized trust and security company that protects our properties. This gives guests and hosts the confidence to transact. AutoHost will contact your email address to confirm the booking once you have made it. This includes ID verification, and deposit collection. Check-in begins at 4pm the day of your arrival. Extra cleaning services will incur a $50 charge. If you plan to check in after 12:30pm, you will need to make a reservation the night before. Street parking isn't always possible. If you choose to park on the street, please be aware of any laws that may apply in your city or state.

Access Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom space, including the living/dining room, kitchen, front porch with rocking chairs/fans, rear yard and private backyard. This home is a two-story duplex. The upper floor is occupied, while the lower level is available. TransitPublic Transit The Famous St. Charles Streetcar Line is located 7 blocks from the property and will take you into the French Quarter/Downtown within 15 minutes. It costs $1.25 for each person or $3 for a full day pass.

The Magazine bus lines can also be found outside and will take you directly to the French Quarter. The #11 bus will take you downtown, to the Mian Library stop. You can walk to downtown from there. Every 20 minutes a bus will arrive.

Driving: We are located approximately 5 minutes away from the French Quarter/Downtown.

Ride sharing:Uber/Lyft will cost you $7-10 to travel to and from Downtown/French Quarter. All our guests will receive new Lyft or Uber Promo Codes.

Airport Transportation: We have partnered with local transportation companies to offer discounted transportation to/from the Airport! Parking on the street is not always possible. Please be aware of local laws. As your host, I will ensure that your stay in New Orleans goes smoothly and without stress. I respect your privacy, but I am always available to answer questions or concerns that you may have during your New Orleans stay. My extensive hospitality background, including my work at major hotel chains, allows me to help you plan the perfect vacation.
