The location of our home makes it easy to explore the city, whether you're interested in culture, history, or just soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of the city, with easy access to the French Quarter and the downtown area. For check-in's from 12:30pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 12:30pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate. Contact host for details. Exterior cameras present to verify guest occupancy. No off street or reserved parking provided, however, the is ample street parking on nearby side streets and on Magazine Street (apart from special events such as Mardi Gras). Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be considerate of city and state laws. *Our space is not handicapped accessible or ADA compliant*

Access

Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entirety of the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom space including balcony overlooking Magazine street (along several parade routes during Mardi Gras!), rear balcony, living/dining room, Kitchen, and laundry. Note this home is a duplex and the entire bottom is occupied by other residents while the entire upper floor is the space being offered.

Transit

Public Transit: The Famous St. Charles Streetcar line is a 7 block walk and will take you directly to the French Quarter/Downtown in about 15 minutes for $1.25/ride per person or $3 for a day pass. The Magazine bus lines are also right outside and will take you within steps of the French Quarter. You can take the #11 bus downtown to the Mian library stop. From there you can walk further into downtown. The bus comes every 20 minutes. Driving: We are about a 5 minute drive to the French Quarter/Downtown area. Ride Sharing: Uber/Lyft are $7-10 to and from the French Quarter/Downtown. All of our guests will receive new user Uber and Lyft Promo Codes! Airport Transportation: We also have partnered with a local Transportation company to offer discounted transportation to/from the Airport! Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be considerate of city and state laws.
