Experience the true culture of New Orleans in our cozy two-bedroom home nestled in the heart of Treme. Just a 5-minute drive to the French Quarter and steps away from the famous seafood joint, this home offers the perfect location for your NOLA adventure. You'll be in the middle of the action, with easy access to Second Line parades and Mardi Gras Indian gatherings and celebrations (Note: these events happen at various times throughout the year and may or may not occur during your stay). We provide a digital guidebook for all our guests with insider tips and recommendations for restaurants, nightlife, and attractions to enhance your stay. Book your stay now and immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of New Orleans. Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 12:30pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in before 12:30pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate. Contact host for details. Guests will have exclusive access to the entirety of the space including living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and side porch. Note this home is a duplex and the entire left side is occupied by other residents while the entire right side is the space being offered.

Transit

•Second Lines every Sunday practically in front of the house! •8 Min to the French Quarter •7 Min to Bourbon Street •7 Min to Frenchmen Street •10 Min to City Park •13 Min to the Riverwalk Outlet •20 Min to the Airport The French Quarter is a 10 minute walk up the Estate lined Esplanade Ave and the Jazz Club filled Frenchmen Street is just 5 minutes further down Esplanade Avenue. There is a Blue Bike Rental Stations just 2 blocks away on Esplanade and Derbigny where you can pick up a bike and stations around the city to drop them off at! Bus to Downtown: -Walk to N. Claiborne and Columbus Street and catch the #51 OR #52 bus to Elk Place and Canal. From there you can walk into downtown. The bus comes every 20 minutes. Uber/Lyft: Uber or Lyft to downtown will be around a 5-minute drive. Uber/Lyft would be $5 to get to the French Quarter/Downtown. We also partner with a professional transportation company to provide discounted rates to/from the airport and even luxury shuttle and limo services to our guests! Street parking cannot be guaranteed and when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere by city and state laws.
