Super Modern, New Construction Home in the Treme right around the corner from world-famous Dooky Chase! With all the amenities needed for a one-of-a-kind stay in New Orleans, we are just a 5-minute drive to the French Quarter. Enjoy our home with spacious bedrooms, living, and dining rooms, and easy access to downtown. For family entertainment, there's also a huge projector screen for the living room to stream your favorite shows on! We provide a digital guidebook for all our guests with insider tips and restaurants, nightlife, and attractions recommendations. *Note this home is a duplex and the entire back unit is occupied by guests while the entire front unit is the space being offered. *Important: Our properties are protected by AutoHost - a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. -Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted via email by AutoHost to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification and deposit collection.• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 12:30pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. *Please turn the lights off when you aren't in the home and have the temperature at 76 degrees when you leave, to save on electricity. Additionally, the backyard space is shared with guests who stay in the back unit. *We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. •7 Min to Bourbon Street •9 Min to Frenchmen Street •8 Min to City Park •14 Min to the Riverwalk Outlet •25 Min to the Airport There is a Blue Bike Rental Stations just blocks away on Esplanade and Derbigny where you can pick up a bike and stations around the city to drop them off at! Uber/Lyft would be $5 to get to the French Quarter/Downtown Public Transportation: You can walk about 3 minutes and catch the #84 bus at N. Miro and Dumaine. This will take you to Main Library Zone C. From there you can walk further into downtown. The bus comes every 30 minutes. We also partner with a professional transportation company to provide discounted rates to/from the airport and even luxury shuttle and limo services to our guests!

Neighbourhood

Treme is known for its jazz clubs, soul food spots and cultural centers celebrating the neighborhood's African-American and Creole heritage. Congo Square in Louis Armstrong Park hosts concerts and outdoor movies. Colorful cottages surround the stately St. Augustine’s Church, while St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 has the graves of early residents, including voodoo priestess Marie Laveau. We are a 10 minute walk (half a mile) to the French Quarter and about a mile to downtown! There are also bike rental stations within blocks of the home! Literally steps to the gathering spots of Second Line Parades and Mardi Gras Indian gatherings and celebrations! Indulge in a uniquely New Orleans experience from the moment you arrive!
