George Town Villas, 47 Snooze Lane, is located on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach conveniently located less than 1 mile to George Town and all it has to offer. Enjoy a relaxing swim in the beach front pool, play a match or two of tennis, or snorkel to your heart's content right off shore! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo offers views of both the ocean and landscaped gardens. The unit features a full kitchen, cable TV, central A/C, complimentary internet access, and a clothes washer & dryer. George Town Villas is only about 3 miles from the airport and less than 1 mile from George Town. Many restaurants, shops, and a supermarket nearby. A great value for the price!

Vacation Rental Policies

A reservation will be accepted upon the receipt of a valid credit card number or a check equal to three (3) night's rental (50% deposit of total amount due is required at time of a Christmas/New Year's booking). Policy varies for Group Reservations. Full payment must be received thirty (30) days prior to your arrival (Sixty (60) days for Christmas/New Year's) or will be subject to cancellation. For reservations made within thirty (30) days (Sixty (60) for Christmas/New Year's) of arrival, full payment is due immediately. We honor Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Diner's Club. Personal checks should be made payable to "Cayman Condos".

Written notice of cancellation of a reservation is required. For cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, any amount already paid will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within thirty (30) days of your arrival, the 3 night deposit will be retained and any balance will be refunded.
An exception is for Christmas/New Year's reservations (rentals that include any days between December 19 and January 5) which must be cancelled sixty (60) days prior to arrival for a full refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations within sixty (60) days of your arrival the 50% deposit will be retained and any balance will be refunded. Policy caries for Group Reservations.
