Property Description

When you walk into the sea glass colored entryway on the first floor, you will know you have arrived at your perfect beach retreat. The master suite is located on the first floor and provides a relaxing sanctuary at the end of a long beach day. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, full size sofa, walk-in closet, TV and a completely remodeled ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, large bathtub and separate shower. A set French doors lead to the private, wrap-around patio with relaxing views of the dunes and the building’s private pool. Also located on the first floor is the second bedroom that has two sets of twin over full bunk beds, as well as a comfortable side chair, TV, and fully remodeled ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

A wide staircase leads to the second floor and main living space. Walking to the left from the landing, you will find the third bedroom which has a king-sized bed, leather recliner, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and large shower. The open kitchen is located just in front to the stairway landing and provides stainless appliances, granite countertops, pantry, and breakfast bar with seating for 4. The dining area is just steps away from the kitchen and has seating for 8 at the large, round dining table. Directly adjacent to the living room is a set of built-in twin bunk beds. The living area features two large, flax colored sofas and two cerulean blue chairs, both slip covered in Belgian linen, and a large TV.

Walk through the French doors to the private, wrap-around balcony. You will love your lazy afternoons sitting on the balcony, looking over the dunes to the emerald green, gulf waters. You can have your breakfast alfresco with seating for 4 at the dining table. The balcony also has views to the condo building’s private pool and green space. When you are ready to go the beach, you will find a beach walkover right next to your building that will lead you to the sugar white sands.

Your home away from home also provides 3 beach cruiser bikes and has easy access to the 30A bike path.

**Beach Club Update: The WaterColor Home Owner’s Association has notified us that the WaterColor Beach Club will be closing for the first phase of a major expansion project beginning September 4, 2018. The expansion will include remodeling the current pool and club area and adding two new swimming pools. This closure will not affect beach access, as a new ramp will be built next the the WaterColor Inn to access the current boardwalk stairway down to the beach. Chair and umbrella rentals will also continue to be available. The HOA tentatively has phase 1 of the Beach Club project being completed by Memorial Day weekend 2019.

The Sandhill “Frog” pool in the Lake District, the Dragonfly pool in the Crossings District, and the Boathouse pool in the Park district will be open during this time. During construction of both the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor, the HOA is ensuring that these community pools will be heated during the colder months.

-Wrap around balcony with fantastic views of the private pool, dunes, as well as gulf views. The balcony has a table and chairs with seating for 4, as well as two other chairs perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional clean charges.
-- Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart reservations in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 45 vehicles throughout the community at any given time.
