Super Cute Condo in the Mariners Cay Development on the Folly River with recent upgrades, awesome views and an easy walk to Center St. Mariners Cay is a great Condo Community with a nice pool, tennis courts and well kept grounds. We are located right over the last bridge to Folly Island so walking to Center St where all the shops and restaurants are is only about 10 minutes and a lovely walk over the Folly River bridge. The beach is only about another 5 minute walk once you get to Center St and everything is a very easy bike ride away if you bring or rent bikes. The Unit is located on the River side with AWESOME river views and is right across from the pool too. Inside you will find a full kitchen well stocked with cookware and basics like coffee filters, tinfoil, some spices and all the kitchen essentials needed to cook most types of meals. The living room has a big comfy couch and chair with a large flat screen tv with good cable and wifi internet. There is a convenient half bath downstairs and the sofa pullout to a full size bed. There is a large screen porch downstairs with lovely views of the river and amazing sunsets. Upstairs you will find 2 full baths with shower/tub combos, a master bedroom with King Size Bed and a balcony with great river views and a Queen Bed in the other bedroom. There is also a pull out couch with a mattress topper in the upstairs closet. We have a professional cleaning service that does an excellent job, they are actually the best service on the island and provide fresh linens and towels, superb cleaning and all the sundries items like TP, Paper Towels and Coffee Fixings you might need. Although we do have to charge a cleaning fee please know that this company really does a great job. We look forward to hosting you!!!
