MINIMUM STAY: 28 DAYS The MOSAIC HOUSE is a quaint and very charming home located on one of Lower Matecumbe's (Islamorada) most popular streets. It captures the charm and appeal of the Keys. From the oversized Tiki awning to the waterfront dock to the indoor living area with glass walls on three sides you will love this home this home. It is a one story structure with a few steps in the middle of the house separating the master suite, 2nd bedroom and kitchen/dining area from the 3rd bedroom and living area. This home "lives" in the back of the house with glass walls overlooking a tropical paradise. There's an outdoor "play" area which includes an open view of the canal, a new dock and seawall, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and barbecue area along with lounge chairs and an abundance of outdoor seating. There is almost as much outdoor living area as there is inside! The new tiki "awning" provides an abundance of shade for those who want to be outside but not in the direct sun. The brand new kitchen and large dining area are in the middle of the house. There is a private suite located on the street side of the house and features a queen bed, separate sitting area with a day bed, private bath, and partial views of the ocean across the street. The second and third bedrooms are located closer to the living area. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with an adjacent bath and the third bedroom offer twin size bunk beds with a twin trundle and a private bath. The main living area is at the water side of the house with window walls looking out over tropical plantings. Additional features include split-mini air conditioning systems for the ultimate in indoor climate control, 4 wall mounted TV's, and internet. This home is so cute and full of charm you'll want to return year after year. You may even want to buy it!! It is for sale. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

Rate Details: Rent: $6,000/month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $330 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee, and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit : $ 1,000Utility Caps/Mo: $125 water and $200 electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis.
