Enjoy your vacation close to a private, sandy, bay-side beach in this newly refurbished, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, cozy beach cottage that is fully air conditioned with 3 new split system A/C units, and offers a large shaded yard. It's just a short, 4-minute walk to Grandfather's Beach (a private association beach). The Master Bedroom offers A/C and a queen bed. Bedroom #2 also offers A/C, and has 2 twin beds. There is additional sleeping in the comfortable living room with a brand new (2019) sleep sofa. The living room also has A/C and a TV, and opens to the eat-in kitchen that is equipped with the necessities to prepare meals and has seating for four. The spacious yard has a brand new (2019) gas grill, and patio table with four chairs for your outdoor enjoyment. Other amenities include: washer/dryer, and WiFi Internet access.
Saturday to Saturday only.
Tenants are NOT allowed to bring pets. Smoking NOTpermitted. Bed sheets, pillow cases and towels are NOT provided.
