A thorough deep disinfectant cleaning to CDC Guidelines is performed following each departure.

20% off any of your dates that fall within the next 14 days. 10% off any of your dates that fall within the next 30 days.
Discount applies to nightly rates only and is INCLUDED in your quote online. Does not apply to Winter Season and Holidays.
Weekly summer rentals run Saturday-Saturday (June, July, August).
Welcome to Casa de Dunas! Located on the quiet West side of Folly Beach. The Center Street hustle and bustle is an easy 3 block walk and the beach access is just 1 block away! Come join the party! This is a brand new home with brand new everything! There are 2 king beds with nice, comfy linens and mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, glassware, and utensils (less a dishwasher).
Everything has been updated to the highest standard with this adorable Folly Beach cottage! The bathroom floor is tiled and the rest of the house is a beautiful heart pine. The house is cozy and sleeps 4 people in beds (6 total with sleeper sofa). The large screen porch is a great place to sit and take in the salty ocean breeze. The backyard is fully fenced in.

Property includes free Wi-Fi, cable, AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer and all linens & towels are provided (except beach towels).
Pets considered: All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $100 per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats).

50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.
