Property Description

You will love these spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished condos with fantastic views of either the Gulf of Mexico or Vanderbilt Bay. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a 3 day minimum. Please add an additional $200.00 per week for Thanksgiving week.

NOTE: The Sec. Dep. Protection fee of $40.00 does NOT apply to this property.

Advance Deposit may be made by check, money order, Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. Balance due is payable 30 days prior to check-in via personal or bank checks.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made after receipt of deposit will be subject to forfeiture if the unit is not re-rented for the same or better rate. Cancellations on or after check-in date, all monies will be forfeited. Phase III Real Estate Services, Inc. strongly recommends each tenant purchase the optional travel plan offered. Vacation Rental insurance provides coverage for prepaid, nonrefundable expenses due to unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. All cancellations must be received in writing.
