Best known for being the movie location for which the property was named after, Prince of Tides attracts families and movie buffs alike for a true Sea Islands experience. Sleeping eight, this three-bedroom, two-bath home offers beautiful views and is in proximity to area attractions and activities. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, the 2nd bedroom features two twin-beds, and the third bedroom has two trundle beds.

Decompress after your eventful day in the living room, where you can watch television on the flat-screen, complete with a DVD player, sink into a cozy sofa, and feel your stresses melt away. Prepare family dinners in the fully-equipped kitchen and serve meals at the eight-person dining table. A charcoal grill is also available.

Bask in the sun on the spacious, wrap-around deck and enjoy views of the ocean from your lounge chair. This home is situated on the northern end of Fripp Island which is currently being built up by erosion of Hunting Island. The ocean creeps further away each year as the island builds. To reach the ocean, a short walk to a boardwalk will be necessary.

4 Guest cards are included for stays of 7 nights or more. Additional amenity cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants and the two championship golf courses. Amenity cards are $50 weekly from Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 weekly during the rest of the year, due to limited seasonal hours at these facilities.

A complimentary golf cart is included with your stay. We apologize, but pets aren’t accommodated. Please note that there is a maximum of 3 cars allowed at this home.

As our gift to you for booking with us, we offer free admission to select Sea Islands and Beaufort attractions. Called the Xplorie Program, our guests will receive one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like the Kazoo Factory, the Escape Room and a free kayak rental. It’s our way of saying, “Thanks!”
