Bedding Configuration: King in the Master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, Queen in the third bedroom, sofa sleeper in living area.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, indoor hot tub, washer, dryer, and views of Winter Park Resort.
Transportation: On FREE shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park. Shuttle stops in front of the Beaver Village Condominiums complex twice per hour.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
Located two blocks off of the Main Street of downtown Winter Park, King's Crossing Solar Town Homes are a unique 3 bedroom lodging choice.
The units are a spacious 1,400 square feet on two levels. All 3-bedroom 3-bathroom units are non-smoking and are warmly decorated.
The entry of the town home has a large coat room for storage of boots, skis, coats and more. The adjacent solarium is accessible from the master bedroom or coat room and has a private 6 person indoor hot tub. The master bedroom has a king-size bed plus en-suite bathroom.
Included on the ground floor, is the second bedroom with one queen and bathroom and the hallway access for the washer/amp; dryer.
The upstairs of the unit is warm and inviting. The great room has a pine-paneled vaulted ceiling, open-plan layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen with skylight, breakfast bar, dining and living room together with large moss-rock gas fireplace, TV, free in unit WIFI access, DVD and VCR. There is not a land phone line in this unit.
A small south-facing solar sun room leads off the living room and the third bedroom has queen-size bed and separate bathroom.
Vacation Rental Policies

Check in time starts at 4pm. All guest need to check in at 50 Village Drive, Winter Park CO 80482.
Guest arriving after 6pm, will need to contact us at 970-726-6200 to obtain the late check in instructions.
Check out time is at 10am.
Late check out requests are subject to availability and there will be an additional cost.
3 night stay except for Holiday and Spring Break.
16.9% is not included in the nightly rates.
Any monies, once received are non refundable without the purchase of travel insurance.
A one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
There is a one time fee of $65 for cleaning.
The home is non smoking and no pets allowed.
