Custom built to take advantage of the quiet and picturesque surroundings, this west shore retreat exudes a rustic lodge feel with all the creature comforts of home. The main floor provides an open living concept and the large deck extends the length of the home, offering even more space to enjoy in the warmer months.

Two guest rooms are located on this level. Upstairs, a spectacular balcony looks down on the great room on its way to the spacious primary suite, complete with a queen bed, writing desk, flat-screen TV, and a large luxurious primary bath. A second primary suite, next door, completes the the upstairs space.  The icing on the cake of this home is the private hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of fun adventures around Lake Tahoe.

During the summer months, a must-visit is the public beach at Chamber’s Landing, a nice family bike ride away along the bike path, or a quick drive down the road from your home. Here, you'll discover Lake Tahoe's oldest bar. So, whether you're soaking in the sun or arriving by boat, be sure to refresh yourself with the famous Chamber’s Crush! To the south, Sugar Pine Point State Park awaits; it's also reachable in about ten minutes by car or bike. It's an ideal spot for a sandy beach picnic, hiking trail exploration, or fishing by the waterside. When the ski season arrives, you'll find yourself just minutes away from Homewood Mountain Resort, featuring 2,000 skiable acres of groomed trails and pristine powder tree skiing. Alternatively, journey 15 miles to Palisades Tahoe, the largest ski resort in Lake Tahoe. For added convenience, jump on the FREE public transit system and avoid searching for parking as well!

2. Parking for 3 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.. While this home has a two car garage, only one space is available for guest use. 
3. 4WD is recommended during the winter months as travel in this neighborhood can be difficult during winter storms.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

2. Maximum occupancy is enforced at all times.
