This villa is in a quiet estate which offers evening gate security for additional peace of mind. There are several well presented restaurants within three hundred metres, and Jomtien with countless bars and restaurants is only one kilometer away.

Upon entering the villa via a covered carport you will see your own swimming pool and the in-pool Jacuzzi on your right, and immediately ahead there is a raised patio with wicker furniture that seats four.

Once inside the villa you will be in its open living area. Here you have a formal eight place dining area, your lounge has two comfortable leather sofas which face the flat screen television, and behind your lounge area lies the western kitchen which is fully fitted.

The villa offers five double bedrooms. There are three which are reached from the lounge. These all come with en-suite bathrooms. For the two remaining bedrooms you go to the rear of the villa. The larger of the two has a sofa and television as well as a set of glass doors which open to the back of your pool area. Both of these bedrooms share one bathroom.
You are bound to spend a lot of time relaxing around your own pool, but with a lovely laid-back beach just one kilometer away you will want to take advantage of this. Jomtien Beach is friendly and easy going and the streets opposite beach road have bars and restaurants galore. You will find something for everyone in your party here, and are sure to become regular day and nighttime visitors. If you are really looking to let your hair down then the famous nightlife of Pattaya’s Walking Street can be reached in just fifteen minutes. Baan Chokdee will give you the best this area has to offer. Peace and calm throughout the day, and enough entertainment and eating spots to keep you busy at night.
