Why I Book Professionally Managed Vacation Rentals

When we traveled to Myrtle Beach last year, we were able to coordinate 3 families for dinner with a private chef in the house. They prepared the meal, brought in tables and chairs and silverware and brought all the food. They designed a menu for us. It was a great 40th birthday celebration with our family. We worked directly with the property manager months in advance of our arrival. On the night of the dinner, they came with 2 vans and left a clean house just 5 hours later. This is why we prefer to work with a property manager.
