Property Description

Simcoe 3.0 is part of a beautiful heritage home and is the perfect showcase for Victoria's original architecture. With the city's most iconic park, Beacon Hill Park, just across the street, a famous drive-in restaurant one block over and the ocean within sight, its situated perfectly close to the downtown core but without all the noise!



The suite has two large queen sized bedrooms, one full bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower.  The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge has a flat screen smart TV.  This suite has been updated and is fully furnished with all the necessities you need for an enjoyable stay int he city.  For ease, there is a grocery store located down the road for when you don't feel like eating out in one of the many restaurants downtown has to offer.



Laundry facilities are available is ashared laundry room located in the basement of the house.



You can head downtown to walk around the Inner Harbour, The Fairmont Empress, Royal BC Museum, BC Legislative Buildings, Fan Tan Alley in China Town, The Bug Zoo, Miniature World, Dallas Road, Ogden Point, Craigdarroch Castle, Beacon Hill Park and more.



This suite requires 30 days minimum for all reservations.

Simcoe 3.0 is privately accessed although is part of single home. This suite has its own private entrance. The kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. All bed linens and towels are provided. There is a smart TV and free wifi. Cable packages can be organised in advance for those staying over a 2 week period, at a minimal fee.
