Overall Rating Phoenix Rental Properties has exceptional customer service. We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West, Unit 2307. It was very lovely. Comfy beds, plenty of seating in the living area and balcony. Plenty of kitchenware. Everything about this unit was wonderful. Sadly, due to an unfortunate event with the building as a whole, our trip was cut short. Even though it was chaos trying to pack up and pretty much evacuate, when I contacted the property manager for help, the gentleman I spoke with was very nice and professional. They refunded us the nights we were unable to stay.....plus some. This was out of their control but they handled it well and took care of their customers. They will continue to have my business in the future. I greatly appreciate them. You will love unit 2307. |
