Great weather...great seafood...great accommodations. The lighting in the bedrooms wasn’t good though. And they informed us beforehand that the washing machine was broken but I never do laundry...it’s vacation!!

This condo was okay. My husband and I had stayed in a different condo last October that we liked much better. The carpet and upholstered dining room chairs were pretty stained and the living room furniture was not comfortable at all. I wish there was a table on the balcony since I really enjoy eating and drinking my coffee while looking at the beach. It was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids and never felt overcrowded. It's located further down and is not within walking distance to restaurants, but that did not matter to us. Overall, we won't be staying in this particular condo again, but do plan to stay at another brooks and shorey condo in the future.

It was wonderful, Condo was just as the picture showed. The ice machine didn’t work which did not factor with our stay at all. The only trouble we had was the gentleman dad gave out the chairs and umbrellas, he was not very on top of his game all days we had difficulty getting the chairs. This did not hinder our vacation at all.

On a whole everything was great, but the one bedroom you got froze out of the other didn’t get air. Also ice maker didn’t work right. It was very comfortable otherwise.

Overall nice experience. Would love to have had more lighting, especially the bedrooms and living areas. The bed was very soft. Kitchen appliances was a little dated.

Condo was very nice and comfortable. Location of condo was right by the charcoal grills. Easy walk to pool and beach. Carts are available to take bags and groceries to the room which was nice as you're on the fourth floor. Elevator is located by condo. The ice maker did not work. Dont forget your cooler and cups to take to the beach. Things I wish I had packed: shower toiletries, t.p., hair dryer, dish soap, coffee and filters, tide and downy. Would book again.

Good location, clean beach. But I do feel the need to let people who sleep know the master bed is really really uncomfortable. The pull out couch sleeps better.

The condo was clean and comfortable with a view from the balcony of the beach and water. Only problem was on glass sliding doors many slats were missing so evening glare in sitting area.

Very pleasant. Everything was clean and nice in our condo. The one thing that was disappointing was the view of all of the construction but we know this is unavoidable.

Brooks and Shorey, as always, were very easy with which to work. We had a few glitches with the TV cable and the AC, and they responded very quickly and resolved the problems. 406 IBR was a disappointment for the price, however. It was very dated and worn.
