When I look for a place, my requirements are basic. I want a clean bed, a hot shower that is instant and stays hot. Quite, with no pets barking. (No offense to any pet owners). This place is close to everything you need. In short, yes I will be returning to Brookes and Shorey Resorts.

Rental was clean and the description was accurate. the only thing the space needs is more bathroom counter space, both sinks have very little space to put any items.

Location was great. Walking distance to many eatery’s and shops. Safe and secure property. Staff was very friendly. I feel the bedroom needs updating and no carpet. Some patchwork needed in bathroom. Needs a general update.

The location and view is great! Also, the management and check in etc. was great and easy. However, the condo needs updated and more importantly it was dirty. They just need a new cleaning company I assume. I had to clean up pee off the floor by the toilet and the fans were caked with dust.

Brooks and Shorey is The Best!!! The booking experience was easy and our condo was spotless and tidy and was so Happy not only did they have toiletries but had the kitchen dish clothes and dish towels which I had forgot to pack. My husband and I will certainly be back soon!!!

It was in a great spot. Close to a crosswalk and a couple good restaurants. Needs a little update but I didn’t mind that much since we came for the beach!

My only regret is units like this stay booked, making it difficult to get a reservation! Brooks & Shorey did everything right, so I will begin my next business/vacation search with them. The condo was clean, well maintained, and outfitted with everything I needed. WI-FI was very good, and login was easy the first time. The on-site staff and support by phone and email were great. The one issue I had during my stay was immediately addressed by maintenance, which shows their commitment to keeping the property in working order. Walking to several different restaurants is easy from this condo.

We loved everything about our stay! View was amazing, great location, quiet and relaxed area, very clean condo with everything you need, comfortable bed and furniture. We enjoyed our stay so much. Love our condo and the location. Close to everything and very laid back. The elevators are the only thing I would say need to have an upgrade soon. No problems getting one just that they were a little creeky.
