We love staying at Gulf Dunes. Our family always tries to get either on the third or second floors so we are able to use the stairs. The views can't be beat and an added bonus are the daily flyovers from Eglin AF Base.

This is a well stocked condo. The kitchen was the best we’ve experienced.
The family room furnishings are getting worn. The location to the beach and food are great. We love the Ft Walton area and hope our large family vaca will happen here again. Mary Ann with Brooks and Shorey was very helpful.

Great location with balcony facing the ocean 2022-04-18

The room was perfect for our family, 3 adults and 1 teenage child. Plenty of space and the kitchen has everything you need. There are also BBQ grills available to use. Beds were comfortable. Located right on the beach with a balcony facing the ocean. Beach chair service was great as well. Contactless check in and out was super quick and easy. Restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great stay and will definitely be doing this again. Would recommend to anyone.

The Perfect Location on Okaloosa Island 2022-03-15

Just across the street from Stewby's, Gulf Dunes is perfectly located. Unit 312 was clean and nicely furnished, although it would be enhanced considerably with a little TLC. A larger, wall-mounted flat screen now occupies the living room, rather than what is shown in the photo, which was a nice surprise. The unit could use a few more pans and a baking sheet. Also suggest adding a wall-mounted power strip in the bunk room so kids can more easily hookup a video game system.
