Awesome condo, comfortable beds, wonderful furniture- nice kitchen and bathrooms! The kitchen could be a little better stocked with sharper knives and a couple blankets in the closets would be awesome! My only complaint is that the pool was freezing. It advertises the pool being heated, yet when the lows were in the 50’s, they didn’t have the heater on. I know that is not the condo owners fault! Overall we loved this unit and would definitely stay here again!

This was our families first experience staying directly on the beach/ocean front which was great! I don’t think we will ever stay off the beach again. The condo was plenty spacious for our family. Having the beach chair service included in our stay was fantastic and so worth it! The beach service guys catch a lot of flack from customers and don’t get enough credit for their hard work keeping families happy and accommodated. My only complaint was that I did find some unswept trash under the furniture but visible, the master bedroom mirror was covered with dust and the ceiling fans are very dusty and dirty. One day the water was shut off for a couple hours for repairs by the HOA and then the next day pest control came by to do routine bug spraying. We were called ahead of time about the water but not notified about the bug spray. I later found that i was emailed regarding the bug spraying but who is reading emails on vacation? It wasn’t a huge inconvenience so I’m not complaining. Outside of that, our stay was amazing and we were very pleased!! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Our whole family (8) stayed in a Brooks Shorey resort this summer. Beautiful view and clean shores to bask in the sun, take in the beautiful sunshine! The pool was great as well!
Everyone was so nice and had an accommodating staff.

Great stay for good price 2022-05-15

We had stayed at island princess (not in the same condo) last year and really enjoy the location.
The condo was nice as expected. The furniture is average and beds were comfortable for our group. Obviously, no bed is like your own bed but they were nice.
We didnt have any issues requiring assistance from the property manager.
We enjoyed several resturants in the area including hightides, stewbys and rockin tacos.
