This is a nice condo, it was clean and loved the view, it is right by the pool so when people are in the pool you can here then unless you close the sliding glass door. It only got loud once, other than that it was ok. We liked the quietness of the beach. We only wish the beach chair could be a little feather apart so that we can listen to music without disturbing the other guest. Check in was good just a little after 4, due to cleaning.

Good place to stay 2022-08-09

The condo was a good place to stay. However, it was not clean. Clorox wipes were dirty when wiping down counters and bathroom fixtures. Needless to say I cleaned the entire condo. The ice maker I'm the fridge was broken and the ceiling fan in the bedroom made an annoying nose when running - it needs replaced. Kitchen items were sparse compared to other places we've stayed. However, it's conveniently located and has a great ocean view. Would I rent three same unit again... maybe.

We had the best time.Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. The let out couch could stand to have a little more cushion. Overall we had a great stay and we're looking forward to next year's stay!

My family and I loved staying here at Pelican Isle. The view was wonderful, lots of amenities and close to activities. Kids loved the balcony looking at the beach. Will definitely come back!

Really clean and smelled good. Showers were good as well. Could use a little softer mattress though. That thing had to be extra firm. Overall it's what you want in a condo right on the beach.

The vacation rental was ready around 2:30. When we arrived the condo was very clean and everything was in great condition! The bed in the bedroom could be replaced as it was a little uncomfortable but overall great place to stay!

Pretty good place 2021-06-05

It was great to be right on the beach and only on the second floor since all carts were taken when arriving so we had to carry our stuff up the stairs. Also both elevators were broken when leaving. The dishwasher didn’t work and was not even installed correctly because I could not reach the on button, I had to us a utensil to reach in and turn it on. But everything else worked and was clean. They even allowed our service dog.

Better than Hawaii 2021-05-03

Our stay here was fantastic! We had to reschedule several times due to Covid, and the Brooks and Shorey team were so helpful in making those moves. Check in and check out were simple and the location was great. The condo was clean and the kitchen had all the items we needed to make our meals and snacks. You can walk right out to the beach and relax in the beach chairs all day. The area is not touristy, and there are some great local eateries near by, we highly recommend Stewby's. If you need to relax further we found A Day Away spa, was a great place to get a couples massage. My husband said he liked our stay here much more than our stay in Hawaii. We are already planning our return, and other members of our family are planning to join us.

Good stay for the price 2021-04-04

Condo was very spacious and clean. Would stay here again. The only negative was it had a very strong smell. I at first thought it was probably whatever cleaner the cleansers used but it never went away the whole week. It was like a strong bourbon mixed with caramel smell. Other than that, would recommend this condo.

The kitchen was barely stocked we had 3 glasses not enough cook ware to prepare a dinner ,master bed was very uncomfortable , i realize this is an older condo ,however it should be properly cared for
