Being just far enough down the Island, you'll be away from the traffic of the main land so that noise will not interrupt your relaxation, BUT you are still within just a little bit of a walk down the gorgeous sugar white sand beaches to the restaurants, shops and activities that Fort Walton Beach has to offer. No sky-scrapers or massive buildings to impede your views, all properties are seven stories and below on Okaloosa Island so you'll not have to worry about the possibility of your views being cut short.
Its one building is conducive to a smaller crowd on property, but the size of the units and the amenities are above standards here- pool and hot tub on the Gulf side, as well as a gym and direct beach access via boardwalk.
Drive underneath the parking garage and you'll find your privately reserved covered parking spot. It's yours the entire length of your stay in unit 603 (only a certain few units have a spot-huge PERK to renting this condo particularly)Head up to the top sixth floor where you'll walk down the hallway to find your condo almost at the end. You can tell when an owner really cares and it is obvious these owners do. Everyone in our group was complimentary. Everything worked. No annoying appliance noises. Neat and clean. Balcony overlooks the beach so even when the weather wasn't the best, it was still fun. On Okaloosa Island you are out of the main traffic so for us, that was a plus. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Great location. Clean condo. Fantastic view. Booking and communication worked well. Overall great stay.
Only two criticisms. Extra pillows would have been nice. Cleaning supplies were limited to a broom. Having additional supplies to clean in kitchen or bathroom, if needed, would be helpful.

We have stayed in lots of units at Pelican Isle. We have always preferred 601..... Until now. This was by far the best room we have ever stayed in. It was beautiful, clean roomy & updated. We were there during Ida so spent 3 of our 6 days inside. We loved this unit. Especially thankful for tall chairs on the balcony! I will never understand why places put short chairs on the balconies. I will always request this unit. Well worth every single penny.

We loved this condo! The owners have done a great job of thinking of everything you would need for your stay. The kitchen has everything we needed. It feels very fresh and updated. The decor is pretty, too! We will absolutely be staying here again. I also felt like the app was very helpful and user friendly. It’s a short distance to the beach. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! My entire family was impressed by the decor. We loved everything about it. The view was breathtaking! We were pleasantly surprised by the hairdryers and mirrors provided, as well as the unit having both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Our only complaint was that only one elevator was working for the length of our stay.

Everything was fantastic. We have stayed at PI three or four times, and 603 has been the best. It is beautifully done and well cared for. It is definitely truly as pictured. The covered parking spot and the daily beach service are our favorite perks. We also took advantage of the complimentary excursions provided. We go on the Seablaster every time we visit-it is a family favorite! This time, we also went on the Cattywampus catamaran, and it is a must. Such a relaxing morning! The Okaloosa Island Boardwalk, a favorite spot of ours, is super close. The Shack and Parlor Doughnuts, both in FWB, were new discoveries to us this time. Both were amazing! We can’t wait to come back and this unit is available when we do!

This was a great vacation rental. It was very clean and the view from the living area was fantastic! The walk-in shower was beautiful! The only negative thing was one of the elevators that was out of service part of the time. But overall it was a great trip and I definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Lovely updated condominium unit with comfortable furniture and new appliances. Due to COVID, we ate in every night, and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare the meals. The wifi was incredible. I was able to cast movies from my iPad to the TV with no buffering.
