This is our 3rd time renting at Summerlin. This condo is nice but definitely needs new carpet! Also both kitchen pantries were locked so no where to put our food! Other than that, it’s a beautiful location as always. We will return to Summerlin but probably will rent a different condo!

The overall property was nice always enjoy more the smaller buildings. The unit was over all good and the furniture in the living room was boke down and uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. there was dirty wash cloth and hair left in the guest bath on arrival. other than these things the stay was good and the beds comfortable.

Never rented in Summerlin before, we loved it!!! Nice layout for condo, its a small building so pool was not crowded, nor was the elevator. Will definitely return.

Thanks me of our favorite units we have stayed in. Only draw back is the AC seemed to struggle in the afternoon. Not awful but a couple degrees above set temp was normal.

We love the Summerlin. This condo overall was a good place to stay especially for couples. The carpet had a stain on it when we got there but we got it up I would the cleaning service would have seen.

Condo pool & beach were all wonderful, we enjoyed the add in of the 2 beach chairs & umbrella access daily. Gulf was beautiful & we were able to eat local & visit Destin & other attractions close by. Would return as whole family enjoyed the smaller complex & private beach of the Summerlin.

Everything about this condo was exactly what my family needed. Extra large balcony, low profile building, beautiful calm beach, smoking allowed on balcony, all the amenities.. it was perfect!

Convenient location to everything, used the private pool & grill area, beach views & gulf front-beautiful, includeing the umbrella & chairs a nice bonus. Condo was fresh & well stocked. Access to beach, restaurants, pier & putt putt for the kids was very close. Drive into Destin or Ft. Walton for more activities just a short distance. Entire family enjoyed the dolphin cruise discount & will return to do again.
