Beautiful Spacious Condo with Amazing View 2022-06-13

This was one of the most amazing experiences for my family and I. The condo is beautiful and spacious. The view of the emerald green water is amazing. Great location. Beaches not too crowded. Fubar Pizza Bar is very close and has a great atmosphere for a night out and a few drinks. Tater bombs are amazing....

Beautiful memories created once again 2022-06-02

We've stayed in this same condo for the past 3 years and have built many beautiful memories. Our flight arrived early on our arrival date and I was glad that we were allowed to do an early check-in since the condo was already available. We've had a few issues during out stay, but that didn't ruin our vacation. We've always loved the layout of this condo as they tore the kitchen wall down to create an open floor plan and built a big island instead. However, there are minor things that I'd like to suggest. For the past 3 yrs, I've suggested to fix the showers in both bathrooms. In both bathrooms, the tub faucet continue to flow while the shower is on. This affects the water pressure of the shower, and also wastes hot water. We're a family of 5, so if we all take a shower around the same time after a long day, there is no hot water left for the last two people. The rugs in the dining and living rooms also need to be replaced badly, and the couch needs to be steam cleaned as it's starting to smell. We ended up getting a leak in our master's toilet that caused the ceiling of the condo right below us to crack, so the plumbers had to remove the toilet and replace the flange. We didn't have any visible leaks, thankfully, and I'm glad this happened the night before we left instead of in the middle of the week. They closed the pool for three days (not sure why), so when we double-red flag days, we didn't get to swim in the pool either. I would also suggest to add a small rug right by the patio door to keep sand from being brought in from the patio. We will come back again next year, but maybe at a different unit. We love the building and the location, and how much more peaceful it is than the Destin area.

Very nicely decorated condo! Love the open floor layout! Had a couple little issues and Brooks and Shorey took care of them right away! Beach and view is beautiful! We have been coming here for 20 years and it never disappoints!

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed 10 days and never had a problem. Really quiet condo complex. Everyone was really nice. The condo was so clean and roomy. We are planning another trip in June and have already got this one booked again. I have stayed at many places on Okaloosa but this one by far has much more room and the beds were comfortable also. The check in and check out process was so easy. No need to go to the office for the room code. Saves you time so you can get to the beach faster. I highly recommend this vacation property

This is our second year staying in this condo and we absolutely love how open the floor plan is. We stayed at a different unit before and it had walls that separate the kitchen. We love the sectional and spacious living room. My family spent a lot of laughter and fun game nights in this room. The only minor issue I have is the shower (the faucet leaks bad when the shower is on). They also kept extra beach chairs and Boogie boards in the closet from previous renters, which is a plus.

We had a fantastic experience. The condo is comfortable and the view is amazing. We were a few steps from the beach which was not crowded and we always had chairs to sit in.

A set of extra sheets for both beds would have been good. Also, there were huge trash bags (filled with linen?) in the guest bedroom closet which made us decide not to unpack our suitcases. The master closet also had bed linen strewn around. The cushions on the sofa had goose feathers sticking out which made it uncomfortable to lean on - no biggie,
we moved it aside and sat on the couch.
