Excellent service from rental company. Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious balcony with bar height chairs during the rainy overcast days. Brooks and Shorey makes the experience easy and we trust how they take care of guests.

Condo was as expected. There were a couple issues that were fixed quickly (water pooled by elevator and in walkway and elevator lights). Condo neighbors were louder than normal, but we still had a wonderful time.

Condo very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. TV in one bedroom did not work but we had such a good view of the ocean who needs TV. Easy beach access, hope to stay next year. Loved our stay❤️

Everything was great. We enjoyed everything. However, we do recommend replacing the coffee table with something a little more safe for small children. The glass top moved very easily and the corners scrape you as you walk by (even for times we were afraid the glass top would fall and break. Other than that the stay was flawless.

First if all, the online process was very easy and I love that I was able to pay a deposit and pay the rest out as I liked. We ended up calling on our drive there to see if we could have that night (no hotels on our way like we had planned) and they were able to clean the room and we had it for an extra night. One negative to that, was our shower in the master bath was still pretty dirty. The view was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable to me and there wasn't a lot of space. The building was the main issue and that's not Brooks and Shorey's fault. There was smelly trash overflowing in the elevator to for days, the elevator broke down, stuff like that. Overall, I would recommend Brooks and Shorey for your vacation needs!

Unit was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend changing is the short table/chairs on one end of the balcony to a taller set. Had one glitch with the washer, called the after hours # and they returned my call almost immediately.

We've stayed in this unite several times and really love it. Perfect for 4 people but is a little small for 5 adults. This time the elevator was so loud and was disturbing to those sleeping in the first bedroom. And we could hear in the kitchen and living room. We had never noticed how loud it was in our previous stays. People below us were smoking and we could smell it in our condo. And the people above us were very loud. Which we know you do not have any control over.

Could not ask for a better location for a beach getaway. The ocean view was a treat to wake up to every morning. The Beach chairs and umbrella are a nice addition as well. The only negative is that this condo needs a big update. I felt like I stepped back in to the 90’s.

We had a wonderful time at The Palms 505. The unit had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and other items that I needed for our stay. The view was marvelous. It was great to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening as well. It was a great experience our whole family enjoy.

The view was pleasant. The air conditioner was VERY NOISY! the sofa cushions were pretty much wore out. The ceiling fans are very loud. It was pretty clean & well stocked.

5 beautiful evenings in the Gulf of Mexico 2018-08-01

The condo unit was very clean with a perfect view of the Gulf. If you come there to do in a cooking you need to bring everything including salt pepper condiments etc which is not unexpected. Unfortunately when we arrived the television was it working a properly and had to be reprogrammed and there were no batteries in the DVR remote. We did not watch any movies so it still does not have any batteries in the DVR. All in all, I would recommend this property

Amazing views from the balcony and direct access to the beach with a reserved parking spot. My family and I loved the location since it was quiet but close to the Boardwalk or Gulfarium with a short walk and even shorter drive. The condo was very comfortable.
