Who would expect a tropical storm to hit the mountains in November!?! Thankfully the Carolina Mtn property staff Missy and Jennifer kept us informed on weather conditions and ultimately decided to switch us to a safer location before we arrived. The cabin was much larger than we planned but was just as lovely. Very clean, beautiful views from the porches. Easy driveway and parking, and it’s really close to downtown! Our friends were so jealous. So now we’re planning to book this cabin in the future for a group trip!

Spent daughter's fall break at this home. It had a lovely view. Spacious for 6 people and dogs. Clean upon arrival. Furniture looked a bit tired but it didn't bother us at all. It was very comfortable. Good location to West Jefferson and Boone. Nearby grocery store.

The house was a good fit for my family especially the large open living area. There were a few problems noted on our note leaving, none that was a big problem. The big problem for us was the parking space. Plenty of room for people but difficult parking. I would recommend the house but with a warning about the parking. The location was convenient to down town and Mountain Air and the highways getting there.

Took a quick family getaway to the mountains. This cabin was one of the very few left available. I didn't have high hopes since it wasn't the #1 choice. Boy, was I wrong. This met and exceeded all expectations. Quick drive from Charlotte, easy to get to. The views from the house were amazing. The pictures of this cabin online did not do it justice for us.
