Enjoy a stunning sunrise over the ocean as you start your day. Enjoy your morning coffee on one the large decks or in the sitting areas in the two ocean-facing bedrooms on the top floor. Enjoy breakfast outside with a view of the beach and pool.
Walk down your private boardwalk to reach the Carolina shore's sand dunes, waves, and beaches. You can walk for miles in either direction. Take the shells that were washed ashore over night. Surf fishing is another option.
Island Dream offers a refreshing, fully fenced-in swimming area. You can also sunbathe on the wrap-around deck or relax in the hot tub while you watch the waves. The hot tub and pool are easily accessible from the main deck, which also has an outdoor shower and a restroom. Relax inside, and enjoy an afternoon nap under the Island Dream slow ceiling fans.
Gather your family in the large, eat in kitchen with granite countertops and maple cabinetry. There is plenty of seating for sharing stories and meals. Relax in the living room, complete with a media system, built-in library, jigsaw puzzles and other games.
Each Island Dream bedroom has been tastefully decorated after a 2016 renovation to ensure comfort and convenience. Each room has cable TV with premium channels. A children's bedroom has two bunk beds, books for children, and a TV with a DVD player.
The swimming pool at Island Dream is open from May to October without additional charges. The luxury hottub can be used all year round with an activation fee of $80.00 for the Price Break or Getaway Season.
Additional amenities include a hypoallergenic dust mite barrier mattress, pillow covers, wireless internet, large televisions (7 total), a DVD library and a BBQ grill. There is also covered parking.
Island Dream is only 6 minutes away from Snead’s Ferry's full-sized grocery and drugstores. Surf City is just a 10-minute drive south and offers more shops, restaurants, entertainment, and other opportunities.
