A public boat ramp is located less than a mile away. North Carolina's only 4-star golf course, North Shore Golf Club is just 2 miles away. The landscaped yard greets visitors to this home. It is set back from the street, which allows for privacy and ample parking. The home's entrance can be accessed via stairs or the easy-to-use home elevator. Reverse-style living offers stunning views from the top floor. It includes a living area with sliding glass doors to the deck, and a dining room with ocean and sound view views. Lower living level has a TV/video gaming room, laundry area, and 4 additional bedrooms (one of which has a handicapped accessible bathroom). All four bedrooms have views overlooking the ocean or sound. WiFi is available. There are many decks surrounding the house that offer a view of the ocean. There is a hot tub, gas grill, hot tub, and 2 enclosed outdoor showers. You can also walk to the beach from the walkway. This home is accessible to all handicaps and makes a wonderful vacation spot for families. A private pool is accessible via a ramp from the garage to the pool enclosure. Please note that this home is only handicapped-friendly. It has not been certified by the ADA and we are not claiming that it meets all the ADA guidelines. Ocean Sound Village has strict covenants that prohibit parking other than in garages or driveways. Towing is at the owner's cost.
