This will be your home-away-from-home and a great place to sit back, relax and enjoy the Black Hills with your friends and family! Walk in to an open floor plan with a modern kitchen featuring an expansive center island, perfect for preparing and having family meals. The living room has a gas fireplace and a large flatscreen TV for enjoying ball games and movie nights "at home". The main floor also boasts a King ensuite bedroom, large laundry room and half bath. The downstairs offers a large family space with a flat screen TV, comfy couch, poker table, arcade style game machine and a full bathroom. For your sleeping comfort, there is another King ensuite bedroom, a Queen bedroom, and a futon bed. If you don't want to be inside, there is a large covered deck off the main floor with outdoor seating, a fire table, gas grill and beautiful, picturesque views. The walk out patio downstairs has a 6 person hot tub and stylish picnic table. This property also features a pull through driveway with extra space for your trailer, making loading and unloading your toys and gear a breeze. You will have a hard time choosing where to be! Upstairs? Downstairs? Outside? Inside?! This Black Hills vacation rental is one of those you will visit many times... Located in Powder House Pass, this home allows you to walk out the door and hike/bike/snowmobile/ATV right from the house! Just minutes away you will find the colorful towns of Lead and Historic Deadwood where you can explore mining claims, watch a gun fight, even ride in a stage coach. But that’s not all that is out your back door as you will be located in the heart of the recreation corridor in the stunning Northern Black Hills! The Mickelson Trail and Snowmobile Trail #5 are adjacent to Powder House Pass on it’s eastern and western edges. The road to the Terry Peak Ski Area is just a five minute drive. Looking to take in some sightseeing? Spearfish Canyon, with its beautiful rim-rock ledges and mountain streams, offers great rock climbing, hiking and trout fishing and is just a short drive away, too! Mt. Rushmore, Keystone and Hill City are 45 minutes away along a picturesque highway and you are only 20 minutes from Sturgis and the Sturgis Bike Rally! After exploring all day, you will be happy to come back and enjoy the hot tub at the cabin or take advantage of the Powder House Pass Community Clubhouse and its amenities. This is our second stay in a Deadwood Connections property owned by Joanna Kandolin. Both stays have been excellent and we loved both properties. Very clean, well-maintained, upscale. The beds are very comfortable, the homes are cozy and beautiful, and the hot tubs are a great way to end the night looking out at the national forest. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. Highly recommend!

Sunset Ridge was an absolutely beautiful home. Great layout with bedrooms and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the loft area for family movie nights and also the hot tub during sunsets. The beds are comfortable, the house was clean, liked that we could park in the garage and it was nicely stocked. Wonderful property and we would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at Tall Timbers! The cabin is wonderful and the scenery is the best! We will be back again in the future!
This was the perfect spot for our weekend anniversary getaway. We lived in CO for a long time and after being in Sioux Falls for 2 years, this cabin/location was the perfect spot. The cabin was great for 2 people! Very clean and cozy!

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend here. The house was spotless, and our hostess was very responsive. We were close to Deadwood, Lead & Spearfish. We spent most of our time in Deadwood which was only about 7 miles away. Again, this place was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We spent a majority of time at the home and made good use of the grill, fireplace, and hot tub. The wooded view was relaxing and beautiful at sunrise and while snow fell. We would definitely stay again!

The property was very nice and had all the amenities that we needed!! The pull through drive and extra parking worked great for our group. We will probably book The Juniper, Sunset Ridge or The Cottonwood next year based on the number of couples we have. We love coming to this area!! Thank you for hosting us!!
