The owners are not responsible for any personal possessions lost and or stolen, any injury within the property, injury sustained while swimming and or engaging in water sports, while at the beach etc. ~ Upon check-out guests are expected to: Remove sheets and leave on floor in laundry room, Make sure all garbage is properly put in garbage receptacles outside. If extensive cleaning is needed by House Cleaner we will require additional charges. Vacate premises leaving it in a neat and tidy condition.-by 11 am. Please Note: Additional cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit for Extensive cleaning
Angola on the Lake is in the Town of Evans and is west of the Village of Angola. The hamlet is located on the eastern shore of Lake Erie.

HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED – Guest(s) agree that no more than the number of persons listed on the reservation agreement shall occupy the premise overnight. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of persons stated, the result will be a loss of total rent, security deposit and/or additional charge to your credit card. Guests shall not disturb or offend any neighbors, discharge firearms or use fireworks of any kind in accordance with State of New York.

Location, Location, Location - Facing West on lake Erie, this Lakefront Beach House is located between Mickey Rats and Bennett Beach on Iroquois Bay in Western New York.
Angola on the Lake Beach House accommodates 10 guests with 3 bedrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms with queen beds on the lakeside of the house shared deck overlooking Lake Erie. The other bedroom has 1 double and 1 twin bed. There is a futon on the bottom floor. 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house with 1 of the bathroom located outside accessed from the deck.
This is such a unique vacation rental accommodation that combines 2 outdoor elements of the woods and the beach. Woods in the front of the house and beachfront at the backside of the beach house. The living room and dining room have hardwood floors, pine walls, and ceilings with a full view of the lake from the living area.
Second Story deck for the "best" views, accessed from 2 bedrooms, listen to the waves while you lie in bed! The sound of the waves rolling in and the sunset views will make your vacation one remembered!

The lake was good to us this week! Wavy one day, like glass the next! When we came through the house to the front porch and saw the view we were all in awe! The views from the decks are just beautiful! The sunsets wre incredible! Fires at night were great! Thanks for letting us stay :) We miss Buffalo & the Lake
