*** Will rent nightly, any 3 night minimum, all summer long!! ***Great location for this pretty,�1200 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Just steps to the beach, and very close to shopping, Seacrets and the Convention Center. With accommodations for 6, this is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV's, VCR/DVD, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Condo is non smoking, no pets. Occupancy 6. Recently updated new fans refrigerator/ice maker, and FREE WI-FI! Coffee maker is either drip or K-Cup. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
