This unique, fully-furnished two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is located in the heart St. Simons Village. You will enjoy the feeling of sophisticated urban living on the beach.
There are so many features! The open floor plan has a large living room with lots of windows for entertaining. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This beauty features wall to wall glass windows that overlook Mallery Street and its quaint shops. This loft has more than enough space with its 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and just under 2,000 SF.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and is beautifully decorated. Fully remodeled, and up-to-date! You will be assigned one (1) parking space in the village, right next to the building.

The property was absolutely beautiful! Clean, quiet and conveniently located near dozens of shops and restaurants. Within walking distance to the pier and just a 5 min drive to local beaches. Loved coming home to our assigned parking spot right next to the building as the downtown area can get pretty busy during the day. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning. The loft was equipped with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We will definitely be back!
