Real Escapes Properties offers "Ashantilly Cottage". Relax in the spacious living and dining area. Enjoy your morning coffee on our screened porch. Enjoy the view of the green space in our neighborhood, filled with moss draped live oaks.
The dining and den areas are beautifully decorated and airy. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances and Milestone counter tops. There is also plenty of storage space. If you want to cook, it's all there! The dining room can easily seat 8 people and there is also a small kitchen table that seats 4.
The master bedroom, with its Queen-sized bed and TV, is bright and spacious. It also has a brand-new bathroom with an over-sized shower. Two additional bedrooms (one with Queen sized bed, and one adorable bunk that sleeps four people) and a full size bathroom are available. This property has a carport, a deck with seating and a fully-fenced yard (privacy fence). There's plenty of room to play!
Ashantilly is located in the historic Kings Terrace Subdivision, near the Pier Village Area. The Cottage is only a 0.5 mile walk or bike ride from the village and beach. The nearest beach is a low tide, dog-friendly beach. It's also a great spot to watch the 4th July fireworks from the Saint Simons Pier. In the Village, you'll find a variety of great restaurants, bars and retail shops. There are also many outdoor activities. The pier is located at the far end. The pier offers fishing, crab-catching, sunset strolls and the opportunity to watch dolphins in schools. The oceanfront path leads past the pier to the large community grill under the large oaks, the two play grounds, a newly renovated oceanfront community pool, mini golf, Saint Simons Library, and the historic Lighthouse.
