The Shipwatch Community is situated on a stretch of beach between Massengale Park and the historic Coast Guard Station. Shipwatch, with only 52 units, is a popular destination for couples, families and snowbirds.
Amenities include a gated entrance, pool, covered parking area, grass lawn, a community grill, and a private boardwalk leading to the beach. Each condo features two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room that is open, a kitchen, and a balcony. Residences do not have ocean views unless specified.

* The number of guests at this property is limited to six (6). • Pets are not allowed in this unit
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
*The Shipwatch private boardwalk will take you to the beach in a few minutes. The Pier/Village is 2 miles from the hotel * The minimum age for renting a property is 25 years. This applies to all guests, except multi-generational family members.

The location was wonderful for enjoying the beach all day, the rooms were well furnished, kitchen had everything you need to cook with. View from 3ed floor staircase was amazing at sunrise. Everything was clean, people were friendly. I will definitely be back soon.
