The highly-requested Shipwatch Community is situated on a stretch of beach between Massengale Park and the historic Coast Guard Station. Shipwatch, with only 52 units, is a popular destination for couples, families and snowbirds.
Amenities include a gated entrance, pool, covered parking area, grass lawn, a community grill, and a private boardwalk to sand. Each condo features two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room that is open, a kitchen, and a balcony. Residences do not have ocean views unless specified.

* The number of guests at this property is limited to six occupants. • Pets are not allowed in this unit.

Condo was well equipped , clean and convenient. Recliner and sofa were not comfortable... king bed slept good. Not sure we would stay there again because it is so far from the beach , but the view is pretty. Pool area was nice. . Need to include some operating instructions for TV’s. No channel info was provided either. Rental company was very efficient and polite. No washer or dryer. Deck could use some work.
