This 5-bedroom, 4 bath waterfront condo has been updated within the last few years.

New carpet, all new paint and a lot of new furniture. All bedrooms updated with new ceiling fans and lights in 2019!

Two levels of living space including a family room and half kitchen on the lower level. The main walk-in level includes a Master Suite featuring a private bath, king bed and access to the main deck. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and third bedroom has a king bed and are located on the main level.

The second master bedroom features a king bed, private bath and deck access. The fifth bedroom features a queen bed.

In addition there is a queen sleeper sofa in the lower level family room. There are two TVs, one Smart TV located in the main level living room and one in the family room on the lower level. This condo also features a coverd deck on both levels each overlooking the water, gas grill on the main level deck, two full sized refrigerators (one on each level) and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

The complex features two outdoor pools, a playground, and a pavilion with public grill. There is on-site boat launching, trailer parking, and one boat slip is included (size varies/by request) at no additional cost when renting this condo.
