Important Notes:<br />

CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.<br />
<br />
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.<br />
<br />
LOCATION: The suite is located in the Victoria Regent building but is not part of the Victoria Regent Strata Hotel. The suite is advertised and operated by Victoria Prime.<br />
<br />
GUEST ACESS: This apartment is a Shared Space where you will share common areas like the living room and kitchen with the owner, who values your privacy and will ensure you feel comfortable during your stay. You will receive two access cards for convenient entry to both the parking garage and your suite.<br />
<br />
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6&#39; (1.80m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.<br />
<br />
BICYCLE STORAGE: Please note that this accommodation does not provide bicycle storage for guests bringing their own bicycles. Alternatively, guests can consider renting bicycles during their stay in Victoria.<br />
<br />
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. &nbsp;Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.<br />
<br />
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.<br />
<br />
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.<br />
