Property Description

Villa Le Terrazze al Mare - Maiori, also known as YPI TAM, is an 8-bedroom villa on the Amalfi Coast, located 65 kilometers from the Naples airport. Situated on a 200-year-old property, Villa YPI TAM is one of the coast’s largest villas. Accessible by both land and sea, this property enjoys ocean views from its ample terraces.

One living area on the entrance floor offers views, while the second living area has comfortable sofas and a breakfast table. The well-equipped kitchen with an intercom system features a high ceiling, a small preparation island with 2 chairs, and access to the dining terrace. The large dining area located off the kitchen can accommodate up to 16 guests. A second covered dining area offers ample seating, while another area offers waterfront dining.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a flat screen TV with satellite services. The first bedroom on the entrance level features a loft with a pullout sofa for a child. Two of the bedrooms have a small balcony. Internet access can be found in the bedrooms (DSL), while WiFi is only available on the garden floor.

The rooftop deck offers dining tables, umbrellas, loungers, a kitchen area, and views. The large, waterfront Jacuzzi is adjacent to a bar with stools. A stone grotto houses a sauna with a massage table, changing room, and half bathroom. This villa also comes with a barbecue, parking, a gated entry, intercoms, and video security. A refundable €1,500 damage deposit is due upon arrival in cash (Euros) or double-signed traveler’s checks.
