Villa Talia, also known as BRV TAL, is a 5-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located 15 minutes from Montalcino, an hour and 10 minutes from Siena, and 2 hours and 10 minutes from Florence.
The interior features beamed ceilings, a welcoming fireplace, and large glass doors that open to sunset views and a garden of ancient oak trees. The living room, which has a large stone fireplace, is furnished with a large glass table, an inviting sofa, chairs accented with rich red ethnic prints, and French doors that open onto the patio. The dining room offers seating for up to 12 guests. A well-equipped kitchen is located just beyond the dining room. The powder and laundry rooms complete this level.
The ground floor also houses a bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Located upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with a tub and stall shower. The master bedroom has a 4-poster, king-size bed and a separate sitting area. The second bedroom offers a 4-poster, king-size bed and sitting area, while the third bedroom has 2 large single beds. The guesthouse offers a king-size bed, a desk and sitting area, an en suite bathroom with a spacious stall shower, and French doors that open onto a patio.
Stone patios covered with shady pergolas offer several spaces for outdoor dining. The heated swimming pool is set on the sloping lawn and is surrounded by cushioned lounge chairs for sunbathing. The pool house offers a full bathroom with a stall shower and changing room. The wood-fired pizza oven is an ideal place to prepare memorable meals.
