Property Description

Villa Greensleeves, also known as BS GRE, is a 9-bedroom villa located on Gibbs Beach within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. This beachfront estate is situated on 11 acres of the west coast.
Raised teak walkways meander through the main house and connect the spacious open-plan living areas to the enchanting outdoor dining room, bedroom suites, children’s wing, air-conditioned gym, and well-equipped, air-conditioned home cinema, which is outfitted with recliner theater seats.

The main house is comprised of open-air living areas that look out to the extensive freeform swimming pool, which measures 100 feet at its widest point. In the center of the pool is a sunken, shaded pool bar underneath coconut trees.

Each air-conditioned bedroom suite has its own terrace set amongst tropical vegetation. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds, while 4 other bedrooms have twin beds (ideal for children). The children’s wing, located to the north of the property, offers a jungle gym, bunk beds, a separate kitchen, craft table, outdoor dining area, and nanny’s quarters. The ninth bedroom with a king-size bed is located in a separate cottage and only available with the 9-bedroom rate.

Directly across from the main house is an 8.5 acre landscaped park, which features a large lily pond, floodlit tennis court, and a large green pasture, which is perfect for playing badminton or Frisbee. Also located directly in front of the property is a reef with snorkeling areas.

This non-smoking house also comes with cable and Direct satellite TV, WiFi and high-speed Internet, a barbecue, a fax machine, ping-pong table, a paddleboard, kayaks, and a Sunfish sailboat. This villa may be combined with Villa BS BLU for larger parties.

Villa Greensleeves, or BS GRE, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
