Property Description

Villa Lenka, also known as CSL LEN, is an 8-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located 15 minutes from the nearest town and just over an hour from the airport in Florence.
The large and spacious rooms are filled with antique furnishings and frescoed walls. Elegant décor continues in the grand reception rooms, which include a drawing room, a cozy TV lounge with fireplace, a library with card room and wine cellar, and a large, formal dining room. Villa CSL LEN boasts 4 kitchens (1 on each floor), including the main Tuscan-style, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast room.

Each bedroom has its own individually controlled heating and cooling system, and an ensuite bathroom with shower room. Three bedrooms are situated on the first floor, while the other 5 bedrooms are located on the second level.

Grand cypress trees and fragrant lemon and herb gardens create the perfect backdrop to the private, floodlit swimming pool. Nearby, a freshwater brook flows into 2 small lakes, which are overlooked by shady weeping willow trees. Several outdoor dining areas adorn the grounds.

This villa also comes with a barbecue, billiards, a cinema system, satellite TV, WiFi, and a welcome cocktail and dinner on arrival day. Guests also receive a complimentary wine tasting. The holidays of Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter are considered high season. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.

Villa Lenka, or CSL LEN, has house cleaning services available during the week.
