Property Description

Villa Kishti at Black Garden, also known as AXA KIS, is a modern 4-bedroom villa located in Black Garden Bay within minutes of the beaches at Crocus and Little Bays.

Renowned international designers Cecconi Simone Inc. and architect Frank Hamilton collaborated in creating this contemporary villa with a stunning design.
The spacious living room enjoys a spectacular view of the water. The adjacent indoor dining area seats 8 guests, while the modern kitchen is furnished with a breakfast bar. An outdoor dining area is also available on the open terrace with view.

The placement of 3 suites, each with a separate private terrace, assures panoramic views. Each spacious bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and refrigerator. The master suite has its own private terrace, outdoor shower, and individual hot tub, all overlooking the Caribbean sea. Four bedrooms have king-size beds. The fifth bedroom is ideal for children with its twin beds.

An office and exercise room completes the interior. A deck with loungers frames the large infinity pool. This villa also comes with cable TV, a gas grill, iPod docking stations, WiFi, and a complimentary SUV (rental vehicle does not include insurance and temporary driver’s license). A credit card is required for the $1,000 security deposit.

Villa Kishti at Black Garden, or AXA KIS, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
